会计技术 students will learn about financial 和 cost accounting principles 和 practices as well as managerial accounting, payroll accounting 和 the fundamentals of the federal income tax laws 和 will be prepared to continue the pursuit of an accounting degree at a four-year university or direct entry into the workforce. Graduates with the Associate in Applied Science degree may earn positions as a bookkeeper, 审计员, payroll specialist or accounts receivable clerk. A short-term certificate in 会计专业 is available 和 teaches QuickBooks, 工资/税, principles of accounting 和 microcomputer applications.

学生 can utilize Gadsden State’s affordable courses to complete the first two years of 工商管理 coursework that may transfer to a four-year university or college. A number of courses from Introduction to 工商管理 to Human Resource Management are available.

Computer Science Technology

Degrees are available in general, legal 和 medical administrative assistant as well as Health 信息rmation Technology Management 和 Medical Coding 和 Scribing. Short-term certificates requiring 25 hours of coursework are available in Health 信息rmation Technology Management, Word Processing Specialist 和 Medical Coding/Billing Specialist.
律师助理研究
学生 in 律师助理研究 will receive the skills they need to be employed by a lawyer, 律师事务所, 公司, governmental agency or other entity. Paralegals perform specifically delegated substantive legal work for which a lawyer is responsible. Completion of the program results in an Associate in Applied Science in Paralegal.
